This past weekend we went to Cincinnati to visit some dear friends (Jon's best friend). We wanted to relax and enjoy each others company since time is scarce these days. We planned a fun weekend of the park, grillling out a festival and a "Lil-Bug" race for the boys. Once the boys completed the race they were awarded a t-shirt and a medal. Adam and Cooper were so proud of their accomplishments that they wore the medals around their neck the rest of the weekend. One sad note to the day was before the race started Cooper was stung by a bee for the very first time, he is not too fond of bees or anything little that flies like bees right now. Thankgoodness for the medic that made the day much better with a little TLC and medicine. Maybe in the future he will learn to like butterflies again.
