Coopers new pride and joy

It is hard to believe that Cooper turned 2........we decided to buy him a few new items to keep his interest throughout the winter and so that he could help mom clean, we hope it works.

Cooper has a very best bud name Christian, they go to school together and are inseparable, when one is into something or causing havoc they are both causing havoc......imagine what it will be like when they are teenagers. We went to Christians house for a party which involved a bounce house, Cooper and Christian were knocking each other down like it was the World Wrestling Federation.

Soccer Time

Since winter has officially hit Columbus, we signed Cooper up for a soccer class to not only get excercise but also to release some energy.

It is very comical to see a bunch of 2 and 3 year olds listening to a coach learning about the basics of soccer.....or at least trying to listen...

Cooper had a great day playing with all of his friends, it is hard to believe that he is 2, what a great 2 years, we look forward to many more.......

Potty Time and Cooper Turning 2 Today

It is so hard to believe that Cooper turns 2 today which he did by enjoying toys and cupcakes (I will post pictures later this week) it is so hard to believe, he is growing up so fast, but a bundle of fun and is learning new things everyday, he even teaches mom and dad a few things every now and then.....like today.... he surprised mom and dad by going pee pee on the potty for the first time. We are so very proud of him, he was so excited and kept saying "I did it, I did it, I am a big boy give me 5 mommy, give me 5 daddy"! What an exciting day for all of us, we are so proud of him!

Updates from the past few weeks

Well over the last few weeks we have been busy with visiting family and friends, having Cooper's first experience with kittens, visiting Washington D.C. while Jon was in training, seeing the changing of the guard, Arlington Cemetery, the National Aquarium, acting goofy and dressing up as a fireman. Norton Township Fire was gracious enough to visit our neighborhood, can you imagine Coopers excitement.....he was able to tour the firetruck as well.... As for Washington D.C., the weather was beautiful except the last day of our trip, it was blistery cold and very windy. While driving home we hit snow and ice in Maryland, needless to say it was a long, nerve-ending trip, but we made it home safe and sound.
